The Glenn

Nathaniel is in surgery right now. He was second on the schedule today so until they came to get him we didn't know when he would be going in. He hadn't eaten for 12 hours and was still being pleasant, sleeping and even smiling. We have received two updates now and things are going well and in some regards better than expected. The Glenn is the only thing that needs to be done. There was concern that there would need to be work done to the tricuspid valve because of leaking. This would involve stopping his heart like what was done in the first surgery. There was also the possibility that the pulmonary artery would need to be enlarged to help with blood flow. This too does not need to be done. We are being blessed again and again. Thank you for your prayers. We will update again after we talk to the doctor.
